As a responsible employer you continually want to update and improve your working practices for the benefit of your staff and customers.
Employer Information provides the opportunity for you to get open and honest feedback from your employees, which you can use to develop and improve your business.
The feedback contained on this site is genuine and enables employers to consider their staff views voiced through an independent forum. Employer Information does not pass judgement, it only collates the information and scores given for you to utilise as you see fit.
The only available information on a standard search is a score that is driven from the answers provided to the question. It is possible to see the cumulative answer to each question and the overall rating applied and the position your company has in the overall league tables.
When an employee completes a questionnaire they are offered the opportunity to provide free type comments. These comments will not be published on the web and will only be provided if requested by the employer and will only be shared with the employer.
To enable us to verify the employer we will require the request on company headed paper with payment from an authorised bank account.
Fees per data request are as follows
A charge will be made of £2 for each response form received plus an administration charge of £50.

The information provided will include
- A copy of each feedback form
- Free type comments (personal data, and any abusive or defamatory comments will have been removed)
- Details of the scoring and mechanism
- A feedback session with a member of our team if required
Under no circumstances will employee information be released to any employer as it is imperative the anonymity is preserved at all times.
Furthermore under no circumstances will the detailed feedback collated be provided to any third party other than the information publicly available through the site.
Should an employer wish Employer Information to ask any further questions of employees that have registered with us, we will be prepared to undertake this task and will e-mail set questions to the staff who have registered. A charge will be made of £2 for each response form received plus an administration charge of £50.
In the event an employer requires us to canvass a survey of their staff we are prepared to undertake this with a price being set on application.
