Using Employer Information
As an employee
Following a simple registration process you are invited to complete a review of your employer.
The feedback form only takes five minutes to complete and can be edited at any time. This is the ideal opportunity to let your employer know what you think about their working practices, in a responsible, anonymous forum, enabling your employer to celebrate its successes and make improvements where necessary.
Completed forms will be included in our database and will be added to the total forms completed for that employer and affect the overall rating provided. Following a form being edited the original form will be deleted and the new scoring will take its place and affect the employers rating.
Your comments are all completely anonymous and the only information immediately available on the site is a company’s overall rating and a rating provided for each section. Employers are able to purchase the reviews and comments but your anonymity is guaranteed. It is therefore important that no personal information or any information which could lead an employer to identify an individual is provided in the comments boxes.

You can also see how the company is rated, enabling you to make a more informed choice as to whether to engage with a business.

This information is not available anywhere else and is an invaluable tool for employees, job seekers, suppliers, work providers and customers alike.
